The Strait of Gibraltar Swimming Association (ACNEG), to achieve its objetives, has the support of a qualified staff and a sort of boats that complied the minimun requirements of Spanish Maritime Authority and ensuren the success of the cross and the safety of swimmers.

   We use at least 2 boats or more depending of the number of swimmers and/or accompany people. Ussually there is a guide boat (where is the pilot) ahead of the swimmer showing the right course and a small inflatable raft (located very close to the swimmer) that provides support and security
